PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE

The pressure regulator valve controls the amount of pressure inside the cooker by allowing excess pressure to be released.



CONDENSATION RESERVOIR

Collects excess condensation during cooking. If there is some liquid in the reservoir after cooking, simply empty it.



USER FRIENDLY AND SAFE SELF-LOCKING LID

The lid will lock automatically when you slide it in place. The lid will not open while there’s pressure inside the cooker.
