The pan’s heavyweight enamel on steel construction conducts and retains heat flawlessly, for even cooking, and the low, shallow shape promotes efficient evaporation of liquids.
The welded steel handles are large and easy to grasp, even while wearing bulky oven mitts. The pan is also pre-seasoned which allows it to be resistant to rusting, chipping and cracking and coating requires no additional seasoning.
