CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING
Chocolate Bread Pudding

Cooking time: 5-6 hours
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cup chocolate milk
- ¼ cup strong coffee
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans -- toasted
- 4 cup stale white bread -- cut into bite-sized pieces
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar & cinnamon with electric mixer. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Mix in the chocolate milk, coffee, currants & raisins. Fold in the chocolate chips, pecans & bread cubes. Pour into multi-cooker.
- Cover & cook on LOW slow cooker setting for 5-6 hours or on High for 2½ - 3 hrs. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream dusted with cocoa powder
