Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

Serves: 10 

Cooking Time: 10 min.


  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • ½ cup, or more, cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ²⁄3 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup butter, softened or melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried


  1. Mix baking mix, cheese and milk together. Drop by small scoops onto frying pan.
  2. Place on low rack of oven and bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Last 3 minutes, brush butter mixture over tops and continue to bake.
