CHEESY GARLIC BISCUITS
Cheesy Garlic Biscuits
Cooking Time: 10 min.
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- ½ cup, or more, cheddar cheese, shredded
- ²⁄3 cup skim milk
- ¼ cup butter, softened or melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
- Mix baking mix, cheese and milk together. Drop by small scoops onto frying pan.
- Place on low rack of oven and bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Last 3 minutes, brush butter mixture over tops and continue to bake.
