White Buffalo Wings

Serves: 8

Cooking Time: 20 min.


  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • ½ pound bacon
  • ½ pound pepperjack cheese, cubed


  1. Flatten chicken tenders. Roll up a chunk of Jack cheese. Wrap with bacon; secure with toothpick.
  2. Place chicken on frying pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375ºF, on low rack, turning the last five minutes.
