FROZEN PORK CHOPS

Frozen Pork Chops

• Use frozen ½ pound bone-in pork chops.
• Spray the chops with spray oil, season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and bake at 350°F on the low rack for 15 minutes.
• Turn the chops over, spray with spray oil and cook an additional 15 minutes.
