MUSHROOM & BACON SKEWERS


Mushroom & Bacon Skewers 


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 - 1/2 inch cubes of slab bacon
  • 12 small mushroom caps, cleaned
  • Skewers (or toothpicks) 

Directions

  1. Heat oil in the paella pan until very hot.  Add the bacon and mushrooms, stir fry just until mushroom caps soften and bacon is crisp. 
  2. Drain oil from pan.  Serve immediately.  Spear bacon cubes and mushroom caps as desired.
