FRESH STEAMED LOBSTER

4 cups water
1 1-1/2 pound lobster
Seaweed (optional)*


DIRECTIONS

  1. Put 4 cups of water in a 6 quart or larger pressure cooker. Add seaweed to the bottom of the cooker (if desired), then place 1 1-1/2 pound lobster on top of seaweed.
  2. Close cooker and bring to high pressure, then lower heat and cook lobster for 3 minutes. When cooking time is up, release pressure using cold-water release method.
  3. Open cooker, and enjoy!
